You'll need: zucchini, egg, flour, corn meal, seasonings, olive oil spray.
Preheat oven to 425ºF.
Step 1: Cut your zucchini into strips about 1/4" by 4". You can cut out the seed portion if you'd like. I prefer to when making something I want to turn out crunchy because the seed portion tends to get mushy.
Step 2: Beat 1 egg and toss zucchini to coat. (You probably won't use all the egg.) Then add about 1 tablespoon flour, 1 tablespoon corn meal, and seasonings to taste (I used creole).
